Birth Photography at a Glance

Labor and birth are my passion. When you hire me to photograph your birth, I take that as an honor. I go on-call for you at 37 weeks. That means my phone ringer is on, near me, and I stay close so that when you’re ready, I can join you.

I spend intentional time getting to know you as a person, as well as your family.

Your desires & your birth history—it’s all important leading up to this big day.

You’re welcoming me and my camera into one of the most intimate experiences of your life—I get that, and that’s why it’s so important that when you do choose to hire a birth photographer, you ask about experience, familiarity with labor, experience in the OR, and so many more questions.

Your birth team matters, and you deserve to feel comfortable with, supported and respected by each person on that team.

So You’re Interested, Now What?

The first thing you should do is fill out a contact form so we can begin chatting about your due date, location of birth, and all of the important details of booking, like pricing and payment plans.

So that each client receives my time fairly, I only book a certain number of births per month, and I book up in advance. If you’re in your first trimester, I highly encourage you to reach out now before your due date month is full! If you’re due date is close, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask if I still have openings!

Once I receive your contact form, we will set a day and time to meet or chat on the phone and figure out if we are a good fit.

Once you decide to book, I will send you a proposal where you can make a deposit, holding your spot, and select a payment plan that can be paid throughout the duration of your pregnancy.
